Four names. Four extraordinary women.
Benda, Grill, Leicht and Wach were the surnames of our grandmothers. They were clever, intelligent, steel-hard fighters who built a life from ruins and poverty.
We loved them, they loved us, and they taught us essential things. They shaped who we are. Our company name is a tribute to these four superwomen.

Why we founded BGLW
The Empire State Building was completed in only 13 months between 1930 and 1931. Almost a century later, projects have far better technology—yet still fail far too often because of poor planning, leadership and unclear decisions.
